We reserve the right to withdraw any product from sale at any time without notice.

4. Placing an Order

When you place an order on our website:

• Our acceptance of your order occurs when we send you an order confirmation email

• We reserve the right to refuse any order without giving reason

5. Prices and Payment

All prices displayed on our website are in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.

We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

Payment is processed securely through PayPal. We accept PayPal payments and all major debit and credit cards via PayPal. We do not store your payment card details.

If payment is not received or is declined, we will not dispatch your order and will contact you to arrange alternative payment.

6. Delivery

Standard UK delivery: £6.99. Estimated delivery 3 to 5 working days from dispatch.

Free delivery: on all UK orders over £150.

International delivery: please contact us for international shipping rates and estimated delivery times.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours of payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays. Dispatch times are estimates and not guarantees.

Risk of loss and damage passes to you upon delivery. If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing for international orders.

7. Returns and Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, please read our returns policy below.

Your Right to Cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)

If you are a consumer (purchasing for personal, non-commercial use), you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving any reason (the "cooling-off period").

To cancel, you must inform us clearly in writing (by email to cassiopeiaglobals@gmail.com) before the 14-day period expires.

You must return the goods to us within 14 days of notifying us of your cancellation. Goods must be:

Return postage costs are your responsibility unless the goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied.

We will issue your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Exceptions to the Right to Cancel

The right to cancel does not apply to:

• Goods that have been unsealed for hygiene reasons and cannot be returned
• Goods made to your custom specification

Faulty or Incorrectly Supplied Goods

If you receive goods that are faulty, damaged or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at cassiopeiaglobals@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return postage where applicable.

All instruments supplied by Cassiopeia Globals Ltd. are MHRA registered, UKCA marked and ISO certified. Certificates and documentation are available on request.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• Our total liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the total price paid for that order
• We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or incidental losses arising from your use of our products
• We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by English law
